Your role and responsibilities:
As a common stone in the team, you will participate in:
> designing and developing business applications
> analyzing and solving issues
> supervising agile software development process
> collaborating with a team of developers, analysts and QA Engineers
> leading a team (up to 4 people)
> managing customer expectations
> building efficient relationship with the management and customers
Essential skills for this role:
> 5+ years’ experience in Software Development
> 2+ years’ experience with Java
> knowledge of scripting languages (preferably Python or Bash) and Linux
> proven experience in enterprise application development (Spring, J2EE etc.)
> knowledge of data structures and algorithms
> experience with databases (preferably Apache Cassandra) and stream processing (preferably Kafka or Spark Streaming)
> familiarity with scalability principles
> ability to solve any outgoing issues
> experience in management
> strong interpersonal skills
> good English skills (verbal + written)
It would be nice to have:
> Experience with Scala
> Familiarity with Docker
> Experience with cloud computing services such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure or AWS
