This globally recognised company located in Bielsko-Biała is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its commercial finance department is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new Senior Administrative Assistant.
Your new role
With guidance from Commercial Finance Manager you will provide a general support to the commercial finance department in terms of data entry and other reporting requirements. You will work closely on some commercial reporting files to help produce an accurate commercial planning and sales information. You will also maintain constructive contacts with the commercial finance team members and other department’s team members as required working with.
What you'll need to succeed
You speak fluent English and Polish, maybe also German (which will be a plus). You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or similar. You’re able to deal with massive amounts of data and have data entry experience. You possess good knowledge of Excel, you may also have worked with SAP.
