SENIOR ACCOUNTANT WITH DUTCH AND ENGLISH (GENERAL LEDGER)

Our client is one of the leaders specializing in global outsourcing as well as consulting & technology solutions. We are currently looking for very talented and skilled individuals who will join their financial team as Senior Accountant in General Ledger department in Warsaw office. This position is the key role and main contact on the line client - company.
Opis stanowiska / Job description
- Provide a single point of contact to the client's financial controller for all finance related queries
- Coordinate tasks held by Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Buy Center
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Take full responsibility for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and inter company reconciliation process
- Ensure close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare and review of both B/S and P/L reports
- Prepare Statutory Reporting (Financial Statements, VAT, CIT)
- Manage the preparation of all compliance documentation as defined by the client, responsible for SOX compliance within the team
- Support audit of financial statements as required

Kogo szukamy / Profile description
- Fluency in Dutch is a must
- Very good English is a must
- Approximately 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of GAAP's, SOX control and reporting standards
- Experience in managing difficult situations
- Client oriented attitude
- Strong Excel skills are required,
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
- Very good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
