Currently, as the new office in Krakowhas been established we are looking for professionals experienced within Securities Settlement / Operations, who have German at least on intermediate level.
The job responsibilitieson this position would include:
We are looking for professionals with previous experience in Middle Office / Securites Operationswho speak very good English and intermediate German (at least B1 level). Previous experience in OTC-derivates would be seen as an asset. Ability to work independently, attention to details and very good communication skills are also required.

- Handling of securities, repo and lending trades (instructions, fail reports, communication with brokers, custodians, asset managers);
- Liaising with internal departments e.g. portfolio management, sales and fund accounting & operational support;
- Monitoring trades to ensure timely settlement including pre-matching, cancelling and re-booking of trades;
- Reclamation and claim handling;
- Avoiding buy-ins;
- Conducting special tasks and projects (e.g. process optimization);
- Monitoring and controlling all relevant mailboxes and interfaces;
