Using our skills, processes and knowledge we provide industry leading services to our clients. We are currently recruiting for a Secretary (m/f) to undertake administrative duties in our office.
Your role
Carrying out secretarial/administrative and office management duties including:
deal with telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
liaise with Turner & Townsend offices/departments in other countries
manage office documents
use MS Office software to manage data and produce/adjust documents
make sure the office equipment is stocked, maintained and repaired when needed
organise business travel and accommodation for staff and company events
manage meetings calendar
manage all kinds of stationery supply
provide support regarding health & safety, human resources issues, marketing etc.
co-operate with IT department
provide secretarial support on ongoing basis to all team members
support in documents translation
Your profile
Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
Polish – native or C2 level
Fluent spoken and written English
Knowledge of office equipment
Very good interpersonal skills
Commitment, reliability, pro-activity
Ability to learn quickly
Experience in office work very appreciated
University diploma will be an advantage
