XL Energy Marketing is a Warsaw-based international company with global brand presence. We are currently looking for a motivated individual for the position of:
The selected candidate will play an important part in the smooth-running of our office in Warsaw being the contact person in most administrative issues, receiving guests, sending correspondence and managing the stock of office equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operating a switchboard and re-directing calls
E-mailing, securing proper information flow
Sorting and distributing incoming post
Cooperating with courier companies concerning correspondence and parcels
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
Providing administrative support to all departments
Candidate profile:
Fluent English (a must)
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Strong sense of responsibility and very good organizational skills
Able to prioritize a busy workload and work under time pressure
Familiar with Microsoft Office package
Experience on a similar position will be an asset
