For our client, a global leader in industrial automation, running software development center in Katowice, developing software for company’s state-of-the art controllers we are looking for Scrum Master.
Job Description
The role will act as a Scrum Master for 2 Scrum Teams of Embedded Software Developers and Test Engineers developing embedded code for communication modules for industrial networks. One will be the guard of the process, will lead the meetings and solve the problems, introduce new team members into the process, use best practices (i.e. TDD) to ensure teams' productivity.
Qualifications
Our client requires:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in Scrum methodology
- Previous experience on Scrum Master role
- Good command of English is a must
