For our Client, the Swedish Company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of Scrum Master.
Your new role
As Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions) as well as ensuring that Scrum is understood and enacted in the company. You will coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Moreover, you will provide support to the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management as well as understanding and practicing agility.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful Candidate should possess min. 1-2 years of experience on the position of Scrum Master and previous background as a developer or project manager with leading Agile Scrum teams. You should also have Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Moreover, you must be a strong team player with good communication and organizational skills. Due to work in international environment you need to have fluent English skills (you will have a daily contacts with foreign team members/customers). Holding experience in web applications/solutions would be your strong advantage.
