Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of increments for a product under the Agile/Scrum methodology:
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Remove obstacles by finding the right personnel/processes to execute tasks
- Decision making to facilitate getting the work done
- Support and educate the Product Owner/Service Manager, especially with maintaining the product backlog
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information on a product development
- Identify gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks for service delivery models
- Problem Management coordination for live services
- Service Change Management coordination
Qualifications:
- Experience in working with Scrum/Agile Team & Methodology
- Technical skills to include: iOS, Android, Service Now, F5, AWS, Java Script
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban, personas, User sorry maps, Continuous Integration, Continuous
- Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc. will be an asset
- Experience in applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum
- Familiarity with IT Service Management principles and best practices (ITIL)
- Very Good English (min B2 level)
- Self-organized
- Accuracy, precision and focus on details
- Very good in reporting and analytics
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
