Currently we are looking for:
Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Workplace: Katowice
Responsibilities:
Agile Coach / Scrum Master will be supporting the transformation from a traditional IT organization towards an Agile based SDLC for a development organization consisting of development resources in a large, complex technology and business oriented project. He/She will be performing coaching/mentoring of existing Team Leads/ Scrum Teams on this methodology as it is implemented and used during the project development life cycle.
Wymagania
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies, values, procedures and a commitment to mentoring and coaching Scrum
- Understanding of the software development
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex time-critical problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
- Very good English
Optional skills:
- Knowledge of Jira would be a plus
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) would be an advantage
