On behalf of our Client - knowledge broker that serves hundreds of global institutions and analysts worldwide, established in Tricity we are looking for Candidates for the position of Scheduling and Data Coordinator
Your new role
In this role, you will assist when needed for the scheduling of consultations as well as resolving member services issues both internally and externally. You will interface directly with experts as well as with internal business units. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with consultants to ensure successful service level agreements. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing the data of various entries within our proprietary software database. You will work with other departments, including the Client Management teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have master or bachelor degree, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills. 6 to 12 months of customer service and/or administrative experience is preferred. Exceptional oral and written English communication are required . Other additional language will be an asset. We are looking for Candidates with positive energy and ability to work in fast-changing environment.
