Job opportunity: Scanning Specialist with French
For our Client, an international company with established SSC in Wrocław we are looking for French speaking person who would like to start professional career in accountancy and finance department.
Working on this position you will be responsible for performing preliminary screening of incoming mails/invoices; controlling quality and quantity of invoices to be scanned; scan invoices into the operating system; keeping archives of paper invoices. Your duties will also include continuous improvements of the processes and daily contact with internal and external customers and clients.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good French and English and ideally have previous experience in administrative, office work. Your accuracy and attention to details as well as very good organizational skills will lead to your success. Higher education and basic knowledge of MS Office tools would be greatly appreciated.
