SAP S4 HANA Implementation Leader / Senior Project Manager

We require an SAP Project Manager & Integration Lead.

This position will work closely with the Gates GPO's (Global Process Owners) and Regional SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to drive the design and build and then roll-out the Global policies, processes, procedures, and relevant master data for a Global SAP deployment in a Greenfield SAP S/4 1909 HANA Environment.

Description

• Responsibility for SAP S4 HANA implementation project
• End-to-end SAP Project Management experience - gained from successfully driving and delivering SAP Projects - preferably in a Global Manufacturing environment
• Prior SAP Configuration experience (in any SAP module)
• Responsibility for ex solution design, extensive business process (finance and/or logistics) and Project Management
• Work closely with the Group GPO's (Global Process Owners) and Regional SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to drive the design and build and then roll-out the Group Global policies, processes, procedures, and relevant master data for a Global SAP deployment in a Greenfield SAP S/4 1909 HANA Environment
• Responsibility for managing the successful project delivery
• Plans, directs, and manages delivery of Group SAP implementation project
• Review project proposals to determine scope and goals, project time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project goals and objectives
• Develops and maintains project plan and time line, issues, assignments

Profile

• Position will require extensive hands-on SAP Project Management knowledge and experience in a Global Enterprise-wide SAP system (S/4HANA preferred)
• Ideally will have prior SAP Configuration experience (any module) - before moving into a Project Manager role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
• Minimum 8 year's experience of working in a Global IT Organization
• Minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP Projects in total - with at least 2 end-to-end projects completed in the role of Project Management
• High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships
• Flexible and adaptable to fast paced, evolving environment
• Must have business process experience related to manufacturing companies specifically in process and discrete manufacturing industries
• Must have experience in managing external SAP Consultants and third-party Consultancies on SAP deployment projects
• Solution oriented and demonstrates agility and resourcefulness in identifying creative and practical solutions
• Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical people both verbally and in writing. Represents company interests with outside customers and vendors in a professional and articulate manner
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and deliverables, and managing expectations accordingly
• Courage and ability to influence and make hard decisions
• Passion and sense of urgency to listen & proactively attend to group's needs
