SAP expert - SD module

Location: Bielsko-Biała
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical and business process support for SAP SD module
- Collaboration in the definition of new and/or extended processes and their implementation within the system
- Provides 2nd level support to the key users worldwide as well as support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
- Collaboration with internal and external partners to identify and resolve business issues and drive innovative solutions
- Participation in international SAP development projects
- Perform configuration in assigned module troubleshooting independently
- Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications
- IT knowledge about all SD functions
- Expertise in configuration in the following areas: SD Master Data, Order Management, Delivery Process Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Export Control,
- Good ABAP knowledge (to specify and debug solutions/issues)
- Good level of English is mandatory
- Strong knowledge about smartforms and Adobe
- Familiar with Direct Sourcing process and IC billing
- Good knowledge about WM and TM from SD perspective will be an asset
- CRM and EDI/IDOC knowledge will be an asset
- Good communication and project management skills
