For our Client, an internationally recognized brand of manufacturing company we are looking for Team Leader of SAP ABAP Development.
Your new role
Working on this position you will provide leadership to international team of 15-20 SAP Developers based in Central division, drive the work of and cooperate with Key Developers to monitor development queues and allocate resources and -organize daily work for the team in line with incoming demands and priorities. Moreover, you will conduct status check on team assignments to balance proper productivity with customer and team satisfaction, drive and trigger adherence to development best practices within company’s IT landscape and shape and improve internal processes and best practices within the SAP Development team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team counterparts located in other teams within Plan and Build Departments, enforcing adherence to established rules, provide estimation on required resources and time needed to complete upcoming business assignments and perform capacity planning and assignment of team members to projects. Team Leader will act as a line manager for Polish part of the Developers team and keep track of team members' performance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be relevant candidate you need to hold a University degree in IT or Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in people leadership position(must have). We expect candidates to have previous experience in SAP ABAP Development areaand experience in work within international structures. We are looking for a candidate with understanding of business processes in SAP modules (ideally knowledge of and previous experience in working with following SAP modules SD/LE, PP, PM, MM, FI, WM). Relevant candidate should have very good communication skills, open minded personality and very good English skills.
