For our Client, an ever-growing Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with advanced knowledge about Salesforce.com, perfect command of English, ready to face new challenges in developing team of analysts.
Working at this position,you will be responsible for developing, configuring and interfacing the Salesforce tool regarding business needs – you will support the team of data analysts, sales team and marketing specialists. By using Salesforce.com solutions, your tasks will also include the development and implementation of new projects, management of customers, contracts and clients, automating certain processes, data analysis and reporting, including management of reports and dashboards, presenting reports for data analysis.
We are looking for candidateswith comprehensive experience and proven knowledge about Salesforce.com – having a Salesforce Certificateis a great asset. Being advanced user od Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also a key.
We appreciates motivated, open-minded and easy-going candidates with perfect command in English and highly developed analytical skills. Due to the international nature of the work, your English should be at the highest level.
