At the moment we are looking for:

- Selling specialists outsourcing services to Sii customer (both existing customers as well as active searching for new customers)
- Understanding customers’ needs
- Recruiting and managing team of consultants, keeping good relations with Sii team & consultants and candidates
- Constant learning and knowledge improvement in area of IT (services, products, solutions)
- Daily work with Sii candidate database
- Dynamic and ambitious team player, person not afraid of challenges, hard working
- Ability to learn fast, understanding meaning of IT technologies, understanding IT in general
- At least 1 year of professional, full time experience (previous experience in recruitment, phone headhunting or customer service is a plus)
- Min. bachelor degree
- Determination, proactivity, positive attitude, focused of targets
- Fluent English is a must
- Ability to make progress and learn other than specialist outsourcing services
- Interesting projects focused on new technologies and realized within different client’s sectors (banking, telco, pharma)
