Role Description

SIRE® Life Sciences is offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated young potential who would like to develop a career in sales!

Sales Recruitment Consultants are responsible for identifying, matching and attracting them to your job vacancies. Building strong relationships is key in the role.

In addition to an extensive and targeted training, you will be learning on the job supervised by Senior Consultants and Managers to help you become a Top performer. Quickly, you will be able to manage your own workload and develop a strong network of clients and qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Develop a strong network of clients maintaining existing clients and gaining new ones
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
- Headhunting targeted individual for difficult roles
- Interviewing applicants
- Travelling to meet your clients

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in any discipline
- Advanced English and strong communication skills
- Hard-working and ambitious
- Self-motivated
- Confident and commercial personality
- Ability to work with targets
- Maximum 1 hour commute from Amstel Station
