Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Netherlands.
Our client is a mid- sized family owned company with a firm position in the Dutch market with both branded and private label products. This company defines itself by the open culture and short decision lines. A true entrepreneurial company with a strong product portfolio, growing with a known- name.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Sales Manager you are responsible for all the commercial activities in the Out of Home Channel. These commercial activities consist of building long- term relationships with new and consisting relations. You know your market, competitors and trends, this is where your analytical skills come to play. You have experience managing a team containing of: Field Sales Managers, Rayon Managers and Trade marketers, managing a team and motivate them is an import part of this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Maintain sustainable client relationships
- Building an active network within the beverages market
- Optimizing all commercial activities and sales processes
- The brand development of the different brands within the channel
- Create new product- market- combinations
- Manage the channel team, by leading by example
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc. In a Commercial Economic education
- 10> years of experience in OOH / FMCG environment
- Experience in managing a commercial team
- Experience in branded and private label products
- Knowledge and experience within the beverages market
- You are innovative and result- driven
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with trade marketing
- Fluent in Dutch and English, preferably German
- Ambitious and Entrepreneurial
