As a Sales Manager, you will represent the company on the Polish market and you will be responsible for applying an effective sales strategy.

Our client, a leading European company in the home cleaning and professional sector, is looking for a goal-oriented and proactive Sales Manager.
Description
- Performs sales activities for achievement of sales budget and targets within sales territory,
- Proposes sales improvements and new ways to approach actual and potential customers in sales territory,
- Sales through a modern and traditional channel,
- Develops and maintain new and existing customer relationships and ensure professional customer relationship management,
- Actively communicates with sales team, director and other departments within the organization regarding targets, customers' projects, customers forecast and other business related.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of commercial working experience on a similar position,
- University degree, preferred,
- Focused and target-oriented sales professional with strong deal-closure mindset,
- Conflict resolution skill set, emphatic and problem solver,
- Negotiating and analytical skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite ,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Very good command of English,
- Good command of Italian would be a plus,
- Driving licence.
