Sales manager Poland, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic
Our Client is a European manufacturer of electric actuators for the power, oil&gas and water market. We are looking for an experienced candidate who will represent the company on an assigned market.
The successful candidate will service the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and general industries, with the main focus being on developing and consolidating successful business relationships with end users and engineering consultants and providing superior service. The candidate will be engaged in identifying decision makers, presenting the offer and securing contracts. This will involve frequent visits to customers, providing technical advice and assistance. The Sales manager will be asked to take part in fairs, seminars and conferences. He/she will be asked to translate sales literature if needed.
We are looking for a person with 5 years of professional experience in sales of electric actuators, valves or instrumentation. The role of sales manager requires also technical knowledge and expertise; therefore all candidates should possess a degree in engineering electrical or mechanical. We expect that the candidate has experience in contacting end-clients, contractors and engineering companies and valve suppliers in the power, water and industry market. The sales manager will be cooperating on every day basis with the European HQ, we expect that candidates speak English well enough to communicate freely. This role requires frequent travelling.
The successful candidate will be offered an employment contract with a fixed salary and a bonus, company car and all necessary tools. Work in home office model is acceptable.
