Responsibilities:
- Together with sales team and business team develop sales strategies for different regions and customer segments.
- Promote a strong customer account collaboration between the business and other sales team.
- Together with business management and digital expertise build a sales model that integrate the offline customer journey with the online journey.
- Together with the rest of the team establish a broad customer network.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Forecast demand for managed accounts.
Requirements:
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build long lasting relationships.
- Project management skills.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Financial understanding.
- Passion for developing something new.
- Good articulate skills.
- University degree in field such as: Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry.
- Experience in selling new products, materials.
- Experience in working with plastic materials is a big plus.
- Fluent English.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to focus on priority, work proactively.
