Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
Voor deze klant zijn wij opzoek naar en Sales Assistant/ Customer service manger. Het bedrijf is groot in Food ingredients in verschillende segmenten zoals kleurstoffen en enzymen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van klant vragen en werk je als ondersteuning van de buitendienst. Hiervoor is het belangrijk dat je in oplossingen denkt en ervaring hebt met klant contact. Daarnaast werk je als around ondersteuning voor de commerciele processen, communicatie en product specificaties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Klant contact via E-mail en telefoon
- Verspreiden van samples op aanvraag
- Ondersteunen van de commerciele processen
- Up -to- date houden van klant informatie
- Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid voor office management
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in economische richting
- Ervaring in customer service
- Ervaring in een Internationale omgeving = pre
- Goede computer skills MS office
