Sales Analyst
We are looking for Sales Analysts to join the EMEA Sales Solutions organization. You will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of current and upcoming best practices in sales analytics.
Job Description:
Sales Analyst will implement assigned parts of EMEA business strategies, tactics & sales programmes. Analyst will include effective sales performance analysis, simulation of cost impact analysis of future sales compensation plans, defining methodology for customer segmentation and optimal sales territory, etc. Support of the development of and implements novel solutions / models / processes is included in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing sales performance results and formulating recommendations on current and future development.
• Developing solutions, models and processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.
• Defining customer segmentation for purpose of Sales territory design and target definition.
• Guiding Sales management in the design of sales territories by customer segment, and formulating a proposal for balanced territories.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Very strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• SQL knowledge and experience
• Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, draw logical conclusion
• Good interpersonal skills
