Calling all analysts with a passion and drive for change management!
Hired person will be a part of the team supporting European sales. The team play a crucial role in supporting sales across Europe with analysis, recommendations, project management and automation. Daily job will involve providing day-to-day support to the European & the Global Sales organizations, will identify, develop and implement process improvements to operational sales.
The successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable in dealing with large amounts of data. University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Mathematics and at least 3 years of experience in data analysis is required. As on a daily basis the hired person will be working with big data sets, some basic programming skills and experience of databases (SQL, Access)would also be a big advantage. As well as we will be spending much more time helping sales to be more efficient, so we are looking team members with strong organization and innovation skills. As you will be part of cross-functional structure you have to be able to communicate in English without problems. The ideal candidate has excellent numeric and strategic skills and process thinking capabilities, as well as ability to work effectively in international, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
