Sales Analyst (Demand Planner)
Location: WarszawaKey Responsibilities:
- Build specific business channel targets across Europe and provide with monthly business performance results supported by relevant and timely insights into the key factors driving performance.
- Translate and interpret key levers and KPIs to provide relevant and timely insights into business performance - New Business & Total revenues.
- Evaluate profitability by sales channels, segments and product to support business and finance related decisions.
- Responsibility for developing trend analysis, new reporting and reworking existing processes to add additional functionality.
- Provide support for budgeting, planning and forecasting processes to ensure business understanding of future market trends.
- Act as first point of contact for issue resolution within Business Development, Finance & Compensation. Work with Compensation team to identify any gaps in the targeting process.
- • Support commercial/financial proposals using robust business case methodologies, embedding a culture of finance.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or business related discipline.
- 3 years’ experience working in a financial environment, either telecoms, merchant services or banking.
- Experience in building the business targets and business performance management.
- Fluent in English with the ability to influence and challenge business owners.
- Advanced MS Excel required, knowledge of VBA and database query tools would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative, resourceful problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both oral and written – with clear ability to convey potentially complex information in a manner that is appropriate for the audience.
- Strong attention to detail with the skills to consolidate, view and interpret high volumes of customer level of data and to be able to provide commercial insights to support the head of market.
