THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Austria.

A leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and fragrances is currently looking for a Sales Account Manager for their flavor division.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Sales Account Manager Flavors (m/w) you will be responsible for the generation of revenue and profit through the development of market potential through forecasting, follow-ups of projects and customers requests and closing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new innovative products and developing new applications.
Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Recommend new products by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

A scientific degree or equivalent, preferably Bachelor of Science in Food Technology
Previous experience in the industry of food ingredients or flavorings in both research and development and sales are also welcome
Great Presentation Skills, Internal Communications and Verbal Communication
Motivation for Sales, Closing Skills and Sales Planning
Willingness to travel up to 40%
