At the moment we are looking for:

- Working in an Agile team
- Clarifying business needs and developing technical solutions for them
- Expanding and optimizing a scalable platform
- Code review
- Advanced knowledge of Ruby on Rails and backend architecture - minimum 4 years of experience
- Understand REST and best practices for web services
- Write methodical, maintainable code
- Experience with testing and continuous delivery
- Experience with scaling a service
- Experience working in agile development teams
- Be a team player to mix well into a multicultural and multi-location project
- Very good English
