RTR Team Leader

Position purpose
We are looking for Record to Report Team Leader who is ready to lead RTR Team and will be responsible for the direction and success of the team.
Job description
- Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLA/KPI
- Manages a Team of RTR specialists
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to the agreed standard operating procedures
- Builds the team committed to achieving organizational goals
- Provides supervision and direction to the team helping the team members achieve business and personal objectives
- Acts as first point of escalation for the Client
- Supports Month End Close process
Candidate’s profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in RTR area
- Proven Experience in leadership
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with change
