RtR Process MangerMiejsce pracy: Kraków
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the team of 5 Team Leaders, 60 accountants: coaching, motivating, training, setting goals for team members and providing employee appraisal
- Having a global understanding of RtR process design and detailed knowledge for general ledger
- Ensuring that global business requirements are understood and applied in developing global process and policies
- Builing internal control mind-set and embed internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated
- Responsible for team/ function’s budget planning and proactively controls actual costs vs. budget
- Achieving process performance targets in different entities
- Staying knowledgeable in business and external developments in the assigned process area
- Identifying opportunities to improve the application of existing and new processes in different entities
- Communicating with and influencing key stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities
Requirements:
- Experienced leader with an understanding of what it takes to execute RtR processes in a multi-national environment
- 3 -5 years relevant business experience, people management is a must
- Experience in managing large teams (+30 FTEs),
- Excellent written and spoken business level in English
- Project Management skills
- Experience in reorganisation projects
- Very good communication skills
- Drive / enthusiasm / team worker
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
