RTR Process Lead

The Record to Report Process Lead assist the R2R GPO in all spectrum of works within the scope of R2R SBP, including the followings:
- Daily support on process queries
- Perform necessary gap analysis of any new processes
- Assist in the creation, update, and distribution of the global standardization business processes,
- Promote and train the relevant stakeholders on the global standardized business processes
- Assist in special projects
- Any other tasks as assigned by the GPO R2R

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Multi-national company working experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- At least 3 years of proven project management experience of R2R operations
- Working experience in manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with core systems including SAP, JDE and S&OP.
- Experience in ERP implementation
- Experience in the implementation of major change programs in systems or operations will be an advantage
- Lean/Six Sigma or other Improvement/Project Management certification will be an advantage
- IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Strong knowledge of and proficiency in project management.
- Work experience in a shared service environment preferred but not essential
- Able to travel
