For our Client, an international company with a leader position on the global market in their industry, who has established Global Business Service in Cracow, we are looking for RtR Process Expert with leadership and project managementexperience who will take responsibility for establishing and developing new global process strategy.
On this position you will be responsible forthe governance and development of effective processes for Record to Report sub-processes including: General Accounting, Fixed Assets & Reportingand the overall RTR Controlsframework across the enterprise. As a GPE you will collaborate with peer end-to-end process stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end process operations and identification and leverage of process synergies. The GPE also identifies opportunities for process improvementand is responsible for driving sub-process improvement efforts and ensuring process change is successful. Additionally, the GPE is accountable for ensuring process compliancewith all relevant legislation and company procedures.
We are looking for a Professional who presents deep operational and RtR process understanding (especially General Accounting, Fixed Assets and Reporting),with strong leadership and project managementexperience who will be able to establish implementation of global process strategy. The ideal Candidate should present previous experience in driving process improvement initiativesas well as competency in cooperation with senior management on global level. Fluent English is required. Accounting Qualification as ACCA / CPA / ACMA will be highly appreciate.
