Global Process Owner - RTR - a role is a senior, strategic role that is less focussed on day to day operations and is more concerned with the broader vision of process design, developing standard processes that reflect best practice, enable operational consistency, but are also flexible enough for their global adoption.
The purpose is to drive efficiency and process excellence throughout the organisation. The GPO model is one where a single owner is assigned the oversight of an end to end process - Record to Report (R2R).

Requirements:
- Significant experience of operating within a finance shared service environment
- Must have a University Degree (in Accounting or Finance or qualification/certification from a professional accounting institution)
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience of working within a similar continuous improvement related environment, working with RTR
- Must have experience of project management and/or change management.
- Must have experience of the interaction of business processes in a complex business environment, preferably multi-national.
- Must possess an understanding of the concepts under pinning Continuous Improvement in a Lean environment.
- Must possess strong analytical skills linked with effective presentation skills to be able to prepare proposals, management presentations, project plans and performance reports.
- Must be a team player, able to effectively contribute to the global transformation effort in a multi-cultural environment.
