On behalf of our Client, a global SSC in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of GL Accountant with both English and Italian.
Holding the position of Accountant you will be expected to ensure that all accounting processes are accurately fulfilled within agreed deadlines, also that all queries are dealt with efficiently, effectively and to the satisfaction of the company's stakeholders. What is more, holding this position you will be responsible for support in managing and maintaining GL ledgers and preparing month-end and year-end tasks, as well as cooperating with auditors and reporting. Moreover, you will be asked to contribute to cross-process performance improvement initiatives and other project as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree (educational background in accounting/economic is an asset), or secondary education degree. Adequate understandings of SAP environment, as well as experience in accountancy are a must. What is more, ACCA or CIMA certificates are essential as well as understanding of production lifecycle and its impact on accounting duties. Good communication skills in both English (at least C1 level) and Italian (at least C1 level) are required. The ideal Candidate will be in addition structured, analytical and pragmatic person with strong service orientation and proactive attitude.
