Routing & Switching Engineer
Lokalizacja: KrakówFor our Client, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, we are looking for Network Wireless Engineer
Required:
- Deep technical exposure on routing and switching technology, Should have expert level understanding and working experience on Cisco IOS, IOS-XE,NX-OS and IOS-XR. Should have deep exposure on cisco products i.e. ASR1K, ISR, Catalyst switches, Nexus Platform and ASR9K. Engage with customer to understand there requirement, and help customer fix the problem. Should have good experience of implementing and managing routing switching technology in enterprise, datacenter and service provider environment. In-depth knowledge of HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, Virtual Port channeling (vPC), Virtual Switching System (VSS) and various spanning tree protocols. Deep experience in setting up large to medium LAN and WAN infrastructure network. In-depth knowledge of QoS planning design and implementation. Should have ability to own and troubleshoot problems of customer network, also able to work as point of contact and help HTTS/TAC to fix high priority issue. Should have in-depth working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, MPLS,ISIS, MP-BGP, L2/L3 VPN, M-VPN, Traffic Engineering etc.
- Should have Fluency in operational disciplines (systems management, systems monitoring, change management).
- Must have experience in developing end-to-end solutions with both Cisco and selective third party components. Given a set of business requirements, can provide a complete technical solution for medium to large enterprise of moderate complexity.
- Should have the ability to grasp complex design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.
- Should have the ability to troubleshoot, own and resolve problems of customer network.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
- Requires BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent.
- 12 years of related experience in IT industry.
- 10+ years of experience in Core Networking technologies alone.
- Certified Expertise in Routing/Switching, Service Provider or Datacenter (CCIE or equivalent).
- Certified in Process Areas (ITIL/ TOGAF/ ISO/BPM/ PCI/ HIPAA, etc).
- Working exposure in at least two Industry Verticals/Domains.
Desirable:
- Certified Expertise in Routing & Switching, Service Provider or Datacenter.
- Fully understands Cisco Architecture strategy for Enterprise, Service Provider and Datacenter domain.
- Works with Pre-Sales teams, gives technical inputs to PM/SDM and help mitigates issue of customer network.
