robotics process developer

The Robotics solution provides a platform for resources from the business operations or IT teams to deliver selfservice process automations on an IT supported, secure and resilient infrastructure. Robotics Process Developers are responsible for developing and delivering automated processes plus mentoring no accredited developers.
Responsibilities:
- analysing, understanding and documenting business processes in detail where required
- identifying and communicating architecture and technical infrastructure requirements
- designing Robotics process solutions
- configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles and the BluePrism platform
- creating and maintaining solution documentation
- supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements
- problem solving issues
- communicating with robotics vendors on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the robotics community
- communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly
- creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the preUser Acceptance Test phases
- supporting operational teams during User Acceptance Test and rollout phases
- preferred academic degree in IT or business management or experience on similar position
- good knowledge of Visual Basic scripts or other configuration/scripting type technology
- good knowledge of Excel (VBA)
- understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualise it as an automated solution
- experience in Agile / Lean development methodologies
- excellent knowledge of English
- high proficiency in other European languages is an advantage
