robotics operational support specialist

The Robotics Operational Support Specialist is a key role that supports and administers the day running of robotics processes in the live environment.
The Robotics Operational Support Specialist will schedule and run robotics processes, ensure the stability of the robotics IT environment, investigate any issues in the live processes and raise change requests or support calls where required. The Robotics Operational Support Specialist will also be the key point of contact for IT and responsible for securing access to systems, environments and test data.
Responsibilities
- daily administration of the robotics live environment (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.)
- case management; managing and allocating process workloads
- managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions)
- solving issues that arise in the day to day running of Blue Prism processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required
- communicating with robotics vender on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the robotics community
- key point of contact for IT, securing access to and stability of infrastructure and applications as well as security and compliance requirements necessary to run robotics processes
- preffered academic degree in IT or business management or experience on similar position
- basic Process Studio and Object Studio skills
- understanding of business processes, capable of analysing a process
- understanding of IT application and infrastructure operations including access, risk and security management
- good interpersonal communication skills
- excellent knowledge of English
- high proficiency in other European languages would be an advantage
