Risk Management Analyst/Risk Reporting Specialist - Kraków
Duties:
Risk Reporting
• Prepare accurate and timely risk reporting to support risk report generation across the EMEA ERM footprint
• Identify, aggregate, and utilize different sources of data in the risk report generation process
• Utilize Cognos, Spotfire and other Business Intelligence tools
• Ensure maintenance and integrity of internal risk data and systems
Process Reengineering
• Support report owners in the development, design, and enhancements of BCBS 239 compliant risk reports to improve the identification, assessment, management of risk related issues and process efficiencies
• Support the implementation of donor site requests and execute follow ups
• Support new re-engineering projects through automation (VBA, SQL) and suggest process improvements
Other
• Assist in departmental ad-hoc projects.
• Actively participates in onboarding and development of new hires in the team
Specific Qualifications/Skills:
• Solid working or academic knowledge of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and one or more Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Spotfire, etc).
• VBA programming, macros and SQL queries beneficial
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Access beneficial
• Ability to multi-task while working under pressure
• Excellent Analytical skills, ability to identify risk areas in processes
• Reliable and proactive working attitude with an eye for detail
• Strong personal organization and planning skills and ability to meet stretching deadlines
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, IT, Mathematics, Accounting or related field
• 1+ years of experience in a financial services organization, ideally within the asset management/servicing industry
