For our Client, global SSC in Warszawa, we are currently looking for the Candidates for Request Coordinator with Italian.
In this position you will be responsible for coordinating central inboxes, categorizing incoming requests to proper divisions, providing administrative work etc.
The ideal Candidate should have an academic degree (linguistics, business, administration or equivalent), good Italian and English (B2) is a must, first professional experience in a Italian – speaking customer service environment, as well as organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. We require experience in working with Ms Office and Power Point.
