For our Client, global company which is aleader in significant marketsectors, we are looking for experienced Candidates for a position of Reporting Specialist.

In this role you will be responsible for following areas:Monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for selected Company’s businesses served by business center in Poland. Complete financial reports in compliance with US GAAP standards (monthly, quarterly and annual). Prepare reporting schedules in accordance with Company’s policies and deadlines. Generate management reports. Reconcile US GAAP accounts during reconciliation process (monthly, quarterly). Ensure all documentation is compliant with local legislation & Company internal requirements. Ensure conformance to financestandards and practices. Initiate direct communication with specificcustomers,clients,suppliers andfinance personnel.

Ideal Candidate will demonstrate skills as follows:Masters’sdegree in Accounting / Finance from an accredited university or college. Solid experience (2-3 years minimum) in accounting/controllership and proven ability to operate in a diverse operational and cultural environment. Ability to challenge processes and implement improved working methods. Analytical with well developed problem solving skills. Solid process background, quality driven. Strongoralandwritten communication skills. Proactive approach. Formal Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) a plus. US GAAP experience a plus. Experience in audit/finance/controllership and proven ability to operate in a multinational and diverse cultural environment. Big4 experience is a plus. Fluent in English and Polish.
