On behalf of our Client, an international company with a growing SSC based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates to join the Finance Department as REPORTING SPECIALIST.
REPORTING SPECIALISTwill be working closely with Transition Manager and Team Leaders of various streams in order to provide them with accurate data regarding the processes, such as KPI and SLA, budget, expenses, headcount, work time, process quality, etc. REPORTING SPECIALIST will be responsible for extracting data from the system, cleaning, analyzing and interpreting it and preparing reports for the stakeholders with clear presentation of the data and the results of analyses.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong MS Excel skills,and have experience working with data, gained preferably on a similar position in SSCenvironment. Fluency in Englishis mandatory (good German language skills will be considered a strong asset). Attention to detail and strong communication skills are also essential on this position. Experience or educational background in financewill be considered an asset.
