Reporting Specialist
Krakow
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that standard global processes are followed correctly and appropriately, e.g. Problem Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Configuration Management
- The scope of reporting will include (but not limited to) headcount governance and reporting, cost and financial tracking and reconciliation/reporting, IT asset tracking and reporting
- Being aware of and adhering to escalation procedures; ensuring that the Management team is kept aware of any issues in reporting quality/accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve incident data quality and lead the implementation of actions to continuously improve the quality of data produced/reported
- Support all the teams within the function (Global Quality, Global change and service governance, Helpdesk, L2, ATM support and Hardware provisioning teams) with their reporting needs
- Should adhere to and ensure that the team adheres to the compliance/ audit requirements set and communicated by the GSC management; keep the confidentiality of sensitive information of users; ensure breach of confidentiality is immediately bought to the attention of the line manager
- Simplify the reporting suite to ensure the data/MI produced is easy to access and interpret
Requirements:
- Experience of undertaking reporting for the Helpdesk/Desktop support environment
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience of driving data quality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience of driving process improvement using data/MI as a tool
- High level of problem solving and decision making skills
- High level of capability in working with data, producing MI and providing tangible solutions
- to problems using data
- Excellent knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Access, Visio)
- Working knowledge of automation tools for producing MI
- Working under pressure and adhering to tight timelines
- Ability to negotiate/persuade stakeholders and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
