Reporting Specialist

Krakow

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that standard global processes are followed correctly and appropriately, e.g. Problem Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Configuration Management
  • The scope of reporting will include (but not limited to) headcount governance and reporting, cost and financial tracking and reconciliation/reporting, IT asset tracking and reporting
  • Being aware of and adhering to escalation procedures; ensuring that the Management team is kept aware of any issues in reporting quality/accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve incident data quality and lead the implementation of actions to continuously improve the quality of data produced/reported
  • Support all the teams within the function (Global Quality, Global change and service governance, Helpdesk, L2, ATM support and Hardware provisioning teams) with their reporting needs
  • Should adhere to and ensure that the team adheres to the compliance/ audit requirements set and communicated by the GSC management; keep the confidentiality of sensitive information of users; ensure breach of confidentiality is immediately bought to the attention of the line manager
  • Simplify the reporting suite to ensure the data/MI produced is easy to access and interpret

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of undertaking reporting for the Helpdesk/Desktop support environment
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience of driving data quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical capability with proven experience of driving process improvement using data/MI as a tool
  • High level of problem solving and decision making skills
  • High level of capability in working with data, producing MI and providing tangible solutions
  • to problems using data
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Access, Visio)
  • Working knowledge of automation tools for producing MI
  • Working under pressure and adhering to tight timelines
  • Ability to negotiate/persuade stakeholders and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
