Your new role
As a Reporting Senior Team Memberyou will be responsible for:
- Review & co-ordination of the reporting team
- Ownership of reporting obligations with respect to the suppliers
- Review & co-ordination of audit requirements with respect to the suppliers
- Review & co-ordination of monthly & annual reporting requirements
- Review of costs accruals related to external reporting obligations
- Delivery of Weekly and Monthly Business Review KPI pack to the business
- In depth understanding of systems supporting KPI delivery
- Ownership of statutory reporting obligations
- Deliver all internal reporting including but not limited to (Management accounts, Reforecast, Budgeting, Cashflows, recharge analysis, currency requirements)
- Supporting business with adhoc analysis requests
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in a Reporting Senior Team Member role, you need to have:
- Master degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in Reporting or GL area
- Experience in managing/coordinating the work of the team, setting up priorities for others
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
- Previous experience in Finance Shared Services environment or in using Oracle will be a plus
