Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Henegouwen Belgium.
Our client is a mid-sized family-owned company dedicated to the production and promotion of natural food ingredients and they deliver to more than 40 countries worldwide and have partnerships with more than 350 food manufacturers who use their ingredients in more than 1000 references all across the globe.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This role combines Nutritional (40%) and RA (60%) aspects. You are responsible for all the RA and Nutritional aspects in the company. Part of the role is project management. Nutritional projects will include analyzing data and giving recommendations; as such, you will directly contribute to healthier ingredients in the food industry. As the company is expanding into new markets, it is your responsibility to ensure that the company is compliant with local legislation. This is a broad role which allows you to operate autonomously. Flexibility in hours and location is possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all RA and Nutrition-related issues.
- Successfully completing Nutrition Projects, including analyzing data, working together with CROs and animal trial labs, holding presentations.
- Ensure that all products comply with legislation in new and existing markets, including the US and Asia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree, a Master's Degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with both Nutrition and RA in the food industry.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English required.
