For our Client, a manufacturing company establishing its new hub in Katowice, we are searching for Blended Learning Expert.
Your new role
Working on this position you will cooperate closely with trainers and experts in order to transmit content into Web Based Training. You will be in charge of production of Web Based Training and learning tutorials including post production (image and sound editing), handling of common motion and post production tools (such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline) as well as transferring face-to-face trainings materials into exciting Web Based Trainings. Moreover, you will administrate the Learn Management System (learnKOM and Workday Learning) and provide consulting service for HQ departments. Also, you will have the opportunity to develop new ideas by tracking of blended learning trends, platforms and technologies as well as design learning paths.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be an ideal candidate you need to hold degree related to Digital Media Design or Information/Communication Scientist. You need to be able to work independently with learning management systems and be an expert with diverse authoring tools. You must have knowledge of video production including post production (image and sound editing)as well as methodical and didactical competence including high level of creativity. Moreover you need to be experienced in Project Management with IT programming skills. We are searching for candidate with good communication skills, very good English and willingness to travel (smaller than 20%, once per 1-2months to Germany).
