Our client, a leading international manufacturing company based near Warsaw is currently looking for a talented Regional Senior Buyer with a focus on Packaging & Copacking Categories, to help build a World Class Procurement function, delivering an excellent, professional sourcing and procurement service to European Countries for designated goods and services.
The role focuses on all aspects of Packaging & Copacking Categories and is suitable for a person who has experience in being involved in strategic work. The Candidate will source new suppliers in line with company requirements, identify and implement cost savings, oversee commercial relationships, conduct research, supplier audits, assess supplier risk, lead supplier negotiations and upkeep procurement/ supplier related admin/databases.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in strategic purchasing role in Packaging & Copacking Categories ideally gained within an international environment. Our Client requires a senior level Buyer with strong supplier and stakeholder management skills, ability to make key decisions, drive the value of procurement throughout the business and influence others as well as senior level negotiation skills. Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
