For our Client, a global corporation, in the newly created position in the international team located in Warsaw, we are looking for a Regional Senior Analyst. The person in this position will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and Management Reporting activities for designated markets.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the budget and forecast supporting the local market CFO’s;
- Provide analysis to the business to support strategic planning activities including analysis on revenue, profitability, growth, etc;
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results for assigned areas;
- Routine communication with the local CFO’s relating to financial close, issues and deliverables;
- Responsible for performing ad hoc analysis, special projects and reporting to improve process efficiency and performance;
- Ensure continuity of business knowledge and execution of the responsibilities related to planning and budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Financial Accounting or Business Administration;
- 5 to 6 years of practical experience in financial planning and analysis in multinational company with high rate of changes and innovations inside organization;
- CIMA / ACCA qualification is a plus;
- Ability to prepare, conduct and lead, finance business partnering;
- Understanding of financial planning processes, procedure, accounting process and internal controls. Decision support experience in different aspects of financial management including financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and management reporting and analytics;
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Demonstrated proficiency in US GAAP is a plus;
- Very good Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly practical Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
