At the moment Polish branch of the Global Company - is searching to recruit:
Regional Marketing Manager
( Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine)
Localization: 40 km from Kraków, Małopolskie
Responsibilities:
Developing the corporate and product brands in the region and critically, managing the transition from the current brand structure to the new one company branding strategy under the new brand
Contributing to sales ambitions for the region, through strategic marketing planning & implementation
Implementation of the global marketing and branding strategy
Development of an Integrated Sales & Marketing plan for the region in collaboration with the region’s commercial leadership team
Implementation of the Integrated Sales & Marketing plan for the region
Management of all digital marketing for the region, ensuring an effective permissions strategy is introduced and that we maximise power of e-marketing tools
Customer Education & Seminar programme for the region (in line with Global programme)- increasing Client’s Knowledge level competences internally and on market (as a global KPI)
Developing a customer segmentation & target market strategy to accelerate sales
New product penetration through strategic campaigns and product launches
Wholesaler communications, POS & sales promotions in agreement with Sales Director
CRM- development & implementation
PR & Media planning
Campaign management- localisation & adaptation of global campaigns
Sponsorship & Promotions
Ensuring up to date technical, sales and marketing materials
Exhibitions & Trade Fairs
Managing internal communications within the region
Feeding market insight into global Business Development (e.g. for New product development ideas)
Analysing and assessing market and industry trends
Ensuring company has a strong presence in all relevant trade and industry associations
Managing agency relationships, both with strategic Global Partner and local partners
Measuring the effectiveness of marketing across all activities- developing and implementing global and regional KPIs, adapting activities accordingly
Other:
Fluent command of the English and Russian allows you to act with self-assurance also in international projects.
Managing the marketing budget according to overall objectives and sales ambitions for the region
Ensuring sales and marketing work together- therefore working closely with Managing Director & Sales Directors, as well as other key stakeholders in the region
Active member of the global marketing team, bringing new ideas to the table
Working with Global Marketing Director on strategic marketing- development of global priorities and key campaign messages
Ensuring economies of efficiency for the region- co-ordinating activities where relevant across the wider WE region
