Following its growth in our region it is looking to hire a Marketing Manager that would efficiently implement global strategy on local markets boosting its further development in this part of the world.
Mission for the role
To drive business development of aseptic packaging solutions within Polish and Nordic countries by delivering market insights, accurate data interpretation, and consultative approach towards Clients (food producers, retailers), having their customers’ expectations in mind.
To drive market analysis and deliver most adequate solutions, seek new opportunities within and outside the company, explore current and win new Clients by diagnosing their requirements and their key business drivers. To deliver new market segmentation and provide well-fitting approach to each of the groups by applying best solutions from existing portfolio.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in working for or with B2B solutions producers
- Experience in B2C marketing, good insight about final Consumer Goods producers’ consumer
- Consultative and advisory approach to Client
- Advanced analytical skills
- Very good command of English
- Openness to travel approximately 30% of the working time (within Europe)
