For our Client, a Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with perfect English skills for Regional Manager position.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for leading delivery teams – AP, AR and GL, resolving major operational issues. You will be managing and controlling transition processes, supporting team managers, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements, KPIs and controls are kept according to schedule. You will be contributing to budget planning and proactively controlling actual costs vs. forecast, searching for opportunities to improve productivity and overall performance effectiveness. You will also be responsible for working closely with the Client and maintaining good relationship.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with about 5-6 years of previous experience in finance field (ideally GL) and about 2-3 years of experience on managerial position. Advanced knowledge of Excel and fluent English skills are also required. We are looking for candidates with excellent analytical skills, positive, proactive and problem solving attitude.
